I'd actually prefer if you used your own judgement - I don't see myself
as gatekeeper. If you think a package is worth keeping, just port it.
With that reasoning, I'll upload missing-functions. I'm quite sure we
have zero real users of it on Debian[1], but the porting work has been
done, so we might as well keep it.

[1] That is, people who are actually using it after installation.

I'm not aware of any, but that doesn't mean much - I don't use Octave at
all at the moment.
