The Audio package is already ported and will be upload hopefully soon.

The good question here is: "Why is fixed broken?" :-)  Please, ping us
in pkg-octave-devel at lists.alioth.d.o when the new version is released.

Thanks for the suggestions.  We will see how is the progress with the
current packages before starting new ones, but we will give priority
to the ones you listed.
