Another thing: I don't think you should install the NEWS file under
/usr/share/doc/mwrap/changelog. I think it should rather be under
/usr/share/doc/mwrap/NEWS (which I think is the default behavior of
dh_installchangelogs). A changelog is more developer-oriented while a
NEWS file file is more user-oriented.
