[Pkg-octave-devel] Packaging octave-geometry 1.6.0-1

As you probably noticed, I committed the changes in octave-geometry for 
the new upstream version 1.6.0.  The upstream tarball is somewhat buggy 
and I posted the fix in the octave-dev mailing list.

The file debian/copyright still needs to be updated.  When I first 
created this file I made it overly complicated and it is time to simplify 
it now.  Also, the new upstream version has moved files around and has 
created two new directories (devel/ and deprecated/) that are completely 
useless, in the sense that none of the files there get installed in the 
binary package.  I do not know exactly how to cope with this.  If someone 
is courageous enough to update debian/copyright, please go ahead. 
Otherwise, I will take some time to get to it.
