[Pkg-octave-devel] Build of octave 3.6.3-1 fails on i386

Apparently a similar bug occurred on many buildds:

 https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=octave&suite=experimental

I suspect that this is due to debian/patches/rcond.patch that I just
added. Can you test if removing that patch helps?
