This is a "new" upstream release with a repacked tarball (the binary 
files src/*.mex* files are removed).

I adjusted debian/rules, debian/watch and debian/copyright for coping 
with this new situation.  In order to get the get-orig-source target in 
debian/rules working, a development version of devscripts should be used. 
It depends on the Files-Excluded feature (see Bug#685787) and the 
--repack-compression option (see Bug#730768).  Further information at:
