[Pkg-octave-devel] removal of qtoctave?

About 8 months ago on this list, it was decided that qtoctave shall be
removed once we have Octave with a native GUI packaged:

Even though the GUI does not come up by default, it is available, do we
agree that this transition the time for removal of qtoctave?
