Could someone please upload a new version for octave-pkg-dev, as in Git 
now?  I made a change (commit 6766d56) that allows the generation of the 
correct dependency on *-rc* versions of Octave (which are *~rc* in 
Debian).  This upload is not urgent, since the said change is useful only 
during the pre-release period, but there are also other changes that 
accumulated since the last release of octave-pkg.dev, over seven months 
ago.
