[Pkg-octave-devel] Disabling of features for certain archs

Hi, 

thanks for all the work. One polite request: if you disable a feature in
debian/rules for a certain architecture, please include a short
comment about it in debian/rules (like: disable java on arch X, because
openjdk segfaults). At one point in the future, porters might look at
packages that have special flags/rules on their architecture and it
helps them a lot if they can easily find why a package has a different
rule on their architecture (in other words, they know that if the
packages builds now, the special treatment can be lifted).
