[Pkg-octave-devel] libunwind transition and uploads to unstable

Hi, 
just to avoid anybody else the hassles I went through. 
We are currently part of the libunwind transition for about every
package. This however is only a problem on ia64[1], which will probably be
dropped in the near future - so we can upload to unstable without
worries.
