Perhaps we got into the recipient list due to the octave3.2-emacsen 
package, which is only in squeeze.  However, this would be strange, since 
emacsen-common has not been backported to squeeze.

Anyway, my guess is that we can safely ignore this change in the emacsen 
policy.
