I have created the following page:

If you agree with this idea, please add a column for yourself and tick
the packages that you are interested in.
Once we have finished the first round of package attribution, and if
there are some packages that nobody is personally interested in, we will
decide how to attribute them.
Then, once all packages are attributed to at least one person, we will
update the Uploaders field.
