[Pkg-octave-devel] Migrating octave-lftat into testing before the freeze

Package octave-ltfat is prevented from entering testing because of build 
failures on amrhf and mips.  I filed Bug#765545 against ftp.debian.org 
requesting the removal of the arch binaries, but the ftp-masters did not 
act on it yet.  Is there anything we can do in order to ensure that the 
new version of octave-ltfat will be in testing before the freeze?
