Octave actually doesn't quite work with Qt5 yet. Upstream has removed
the check for moc-qt5, etc, until the configuration and code are made
fully compatible.

#740449, #759426, and #764809 (the latter two you already logged) should
be fixed. I'm building now, will respond to your other message about
problems with osmesa.
