And moreover, please describe your graphics hardware and drivers (X11
and kernel drivers). Both toolkits rely on OpenGL and we see a lot of
problems with various configurations, drivers, and OpenGL stacks. If
you don't have access to another machine or different graphics
hardware to test with, you can try plotting with Qt or FLTK over SSH
or in a Xvnc or Xnest, one or more of those may behave differently.
