[Pkg-octave-devel] [RFU] octave-optim 1.4.1-2

I prepared version 1.4.1.-2 of octave-optim in Git (commit 62a79cf). This 
version fixes Bug#807784, by replacing the optim-mini-howto-2.lyx by its 
PDF counterpart in the package.  The building process became more 
complex, with several new packages introduced in Build-Depends and a 
patch for fixing the inclusion of one *.eps2 figure.  At any rate, this 
version does not require the user to install LyX in order to read the 
documentation.
