The transition is almost over. The 3 remaining blockers are octave
-ltfat, octave-mpi and plplot.
For octave-{ltfat,mpi}: as a member of the Debian Octave Group, I
suggest to remove them temporarily from testing (until we are able to
provide a fix).
For plplot: somebody seems to be working on the FTBFS (#789619), but
there is no ETA, and the package is already marked for autoremoval in a
few days. So I guess a removal from testing would be warranted, though
of course it's your call.
