[Pkg-octave-devel] Bug#790533: octave: FTBFS on multiple archs during binNMU for qscintilla2 transition

Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past)

FTBFS, but doesn't appear to be related to the qscintilla2 transition.  So
far on all archs attempted (amd64, i386, and powerpc).
