Note that from the point of view of the migration to testing, the FTBFS
on s390x is not a problem (the package never compiled there), nor is the
FTBFS on ppc64 (it is not a release architecture).

However there is also a FTBFS on powerpc, which is preventing testing
migration. The easiest “fix” is, as usual, to request removal of the
package from that arch.
