Rafael: thanks for pointing us to this lintian check. That gives a clear
criterion on which to base our decision.

Oliver: I have made the upload. Since it is a new package, it will have
to wait some time in the so-called “NEW queue” before it gets into
Debian. The waiting time can be between a few days and several weeks,
depending on the activity of the ftpmasters team. For information, the
list of the packages waiting in the NEW queue (and the amount of time
they have been waiting) can be seen at:
