Maybe it's not the best idea to learn from that repository. I didn't
know what I was doing and was happy after the errors got away finally. ;-)

I have been using dquilt for this patch. Also I did not commit the
.pc/applied-patches file, because I copied the .gitignore from another
package. So maybe the problem is that the patch has already been applied
and/or isn't compatible with gbp.
