[Pkg-octave-devel] Secure URIs for Vcs-* fields

Hi Rafael,

I saw that you committed changes for switching to secure (https) URIs
for Vcs-* fields. This is good, thanks.

However I am not sure about the address that you are using for Vcs-Git, 
which contains "alioth.debian.org". For e.g.:

https://alioth.debian.org/anonscm/git/pkg-octave/octave-parallel.git

Wouldn't the following be better (and closer to the value in Vcs-
Browser)?

https://anonscm.debian.org/git/pkg-octave/octave-parallel.git/
