This is caused by revision 8f5df208093d1cd00b7ff4955e922d770cca6912 in
octave-pkg-dev and because octave-epstk has no DESCRIPTION file.
Before octave-pkg-dev 1.4.0 the missing DESCRIPTION file has been ignored.
