On second thought, this could also be done with any one of the following
patterns, all of which I have found in the archive:

   Recommends: gnuplot
   Recommends: gnuplot | gnuplot-qt | gnuplot-x11 | gnuplot-nox
   Recommends: gnuplot-qt | gnuplot-x11 | gnuplot-nox
   Recommends: gnuplot-qt | gnuplot-x11 | gnuplot-nox | gnuplot
   Recommends: gnuplot-qt | gnuplot-x11 | gnuplot

IMHO the most important thing is ensuring gnuplot-qt is preferred to
gnuplot-x11.
