[Pkg-octave-devel] DOG group @ salsa.d.o

Ok, I went forward and created a group for the DOG at salsa.d.o: 
https://salsa.debian.org/groups/pkg-octave-team/

I added Mike, Sébastien and Thomas as master members of the group. The 
other current participants of the DOG who are not Debian developers will 
have to create accounts on the Debian's GitLab server, in order to have 
write access to the repos.

It seems that there is no way to fully automate the migration of the Git 
repositories from Alioth into Salsa.  I will try to do it during these 
holidays.
