I don't think we can. Since the SOVERSION of liboctave has been bumped,
we need to plan a transition with the release team.

The immediate tasks are therefore the same as usual:
- test that reverse build-dependencies still compile
- open a bug against release.debian.org
- update the list of Breaks in the octave package
