[Pkg-octave-devel] Octave 4.2 transition started

Hi,

I just uploaded Octave 4.2 to unstable, having been allowed to do so by
the Release Team.

Note that I replaced the long list of versioned Breaks by a "Breaks:
liboctave3v5". Hope this works this time, with the help of the -noawait
trigger. If upgrade problems appear, we'll have to go back to the old
and painful way.
