Probably yes, although I do not have time to do it.

At any rate, there is an going effort to provide a temporary solution for 
the mailing lists currently hosted at alioth.d.o.  If this project 
succeed, we could just migrate pkg-octave-devel to the new server and 
wait until a suitable solution is found.
