I don't use ofed so I am not sure what you mean.
Are you speaking of the "management" git tree? The following 4 packages (opensm, libibumad, libibmad, and infiniband-diags) used to be in a single git tree called "management". This is no longer the case. Now these packages should build individually from the following git trees:
git://git.openfabrics.org/~alexnetes/opensm.git
git://git.openfabrics.org/~alexnetes/libibumad.git
git://git.openfabrics.org/~iraweiny/libibmad.git
git://git.openfabrics.org/~iraweiny/infiniband-diags.git
