There is a soname bump and this will include coordinated uploads (or NMUs)
with at least infiniband-diags and ibutils. Given the package will
have to go via NEW, it might not make it before the freeze.

ibutils was FTBFSing and I did a quick NMU to fix it but I didn't upload the new
version because this version needs to be build against the new version of opensm.

If you have the time in the next days, by all the means, please go ahead
and NMU without fear!  A lot of the work was done by Julien Blache around
the end of 2010 and it is all in the SVN. Alas, it never made it into the 
archive. I can help a bit here and there, specially finishing to commit 
the changes I have so people at least have the possibility of building 
their own packages, but I can not commit to do more.
