[Pkg-ofed-devel] OFED 1.5.4.1 using Wheezy's kernel (patches)

Hi,

OFED 1.5.4.1 doesn't support Linux 3.2 that is the default kernel
version in Wheezy. You're supposed to use OFED 3.2 for this, but
if you need 1.5.4.1 instead, I'm attaching the patches I needed
to get it building. All the modules should build except cxgb3 and nes.
However, I won't know if they work fine before 6-8 weeks so if 
you test them please let me know if they worked for you or no.

Some notes:

- You also need to modify ofed_scripts/get_backport_dir.sh to add
the kernel 3.2 in get_backport_dir()

- If you want to have it in a Debian package, check the ofa-kernel/debian
directory in subversion:
http://anonscm.debian.org/viewvc/pkg-ofed/trunk/ofa-kernel/trunk/debian/
some minor modificationes in the debian/rules are needed.
