[Pkg-ofed-devel] migrating from SVN to Git / upload to unstable

Hi!

I intend to update the OFED packages for Jessie. Part of the work
is uploading the current packages in experimental to unstable.

Before of that, I'm going to migrate from the current SVN to Git.
>From my initial tests, there are a couple of branches that don't
migrate properly because the layout, but all the important packaging
bits from those branches are already included in the packaging
in experimental. So it isn't worth it spending time on that.

There a few packages that Roland Dreier started to maintain on his
own that are not up-to-date in the SVN. I don't know Roland's plans
about maintainance but he's welcome to use the git even if he doesn't
maintain the packages inside the team.

With the upload, I'll keep all the packages as maintained by the
team but given a real team doesn't exist anymore. I'll update
the uploaders field.
