Upload fixing only release-critical bugs older than 7 days, with no maintainer
activity on the bug for 7 days and no indication that a fix is in progress: 0 days

so what is wrong about it?

I remember you reacted the same way in the past, instead of addressing the
issue. The issue is open since February, the severity was raised eight days ago.
