Hi Talat,

I was away for winter holidays. Another member of the OFED packaging team
already took the time to reply you but I wanted to take advantage to also ask
if you want just to help with one time update or you have plans to help long
term with the packaging and bug handling?

If it's only a one time thing, it's not worth it to get started because the
bootstrapping time is important. If you want to help long-term, then
the first steps are getting the people who would be contributing subscribed
to this mailing list (pkg-ofed-devel), create users in alioth and
request to join the pkg-ofed team:
https://alioth.debian.org/projects/pkg-ofed/
I'll accept them when they do the request and then they'll have full access
to the git repositories:
http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-ofed

Please, keep in mind more people could be working in the packages, so far
it was me or mehdi and we have coordinated in IRC (#debian-hpc). You
can join us there or ask your questions in this mailing list.

BTW, I'm happy to see your email here, I tried in the past contacting
Mellanox to work together in Debian packaging but I never reached the proper
contact.

Ana
