[Pkg-ofed-devel] Added libhfi1 repository to pkg-ofed, ITP #862754

Hi Jason,

The ITP came at the request of my employer and I was provided the 01org
repository as the upstream source. Is there any "official" declaration that
libfhi1 has moved into the rdma-core repository?
