I was the only maintainer left from the pkg-ofed team <pkg-ofed-devel at lists.alioth.debian.org>,
maintaining dapl. I'm orphaning this package now.

I considered asking its removal directly, but I've finally decided to orphan
it and asking for removal if by 30 June 2018 nobody has adopted it.
