I agree that having an hpc team is a great idea (and I'd put gridengine under it right away). I'm just not sure how to implement it right now with the deprecation of alioth. Mailing lists on lists.debian.org are not allowed to be used for BTS mail [1], as would happen if we listed it as the maintainer email address.
