Completing this information a bit, because sometimes Uploaders is not
the best source:

I left Roland Fehrenbacher as uploader in a couple of packages he worked
on (infinipath-psm and libfabric) but if you check the uploads, he never
uploaded libfabric and his last infinipath-psm upload was in 2015-12-08.
Besides this, he did an upload of srptools during the stretch freeze that
I had to fix.

On the other hand, Mehdi Dogguy did a few team uploads but he never added
himself to uploaders.
