The problem were the missing links in /usr/lib in libopenmpi-dev, and you fixed
that in the latest upload. I just uploaded the libmesh again and it
builds now fine.
Yes, you can close this bug. And thanks very much for prompt fixing.

I close the libmesh bugs as well now, as it seems to work.
