[Pkg-openmpi-maintainers] Help needed with bug #452047

Hi all,

I started to work on bug #452047 yesterday but I'm stuck. You can find
my modifications in the attached file.

I thought it's best to adopt the scheme used by MPICH which moves
include and library files to /usr/lib/openmpi/{include,lib}. I think
that's better than having the libs in /usr/lib/openmpi because the
OpenMPI "internal" libraries are in an "openmpi" subfolder,
and /usr/lib/openmpi/openmpi looks a little awkward and confusing.

I'm not sure what I did wrong. The build finishes but does not produce
any binary on amd64. On i386 it produces binaries. One can see from the
buildlog that there are many warnings about not installed files. I don't
know why these are printed, because they a) should be installed in
install-indep and b) seem to end up in the binary on i386. There are a
lot of warnings about libraries linkings also. I'm not quite sure if
it's an error on my side or the new shlibdeps. Any help on sorting this
out is really appreciated, since I was quite confident that my changes
were ok.

Best regards
Manuel
