[Pkg-openmpi-maintainers] Update on the alpha build issue

Hi,

I was able to track down the issue on alpha. Alpha uses a different
assembly instruction (rpcc) than x86. I made a patch that fixes the
issue (attached) but unfortunately breaks somewhen later. I will
investigate that in the next days. Stay tuned. At least some progress
and I learned some things about alpha assembly. ;)
