[Pkg-openmpi-maintainers] failed kfreebsd-i386 build of openmpi 1.4.2-4

The problem is that the binary package libtorque2-dev have to depend on 
libkvm-dev on GNU/kFreeBSD. See #595231.

You can workaround it in the meantime directly in openmpi by adding
 	"libkvm-dev [kfreebsd-any]"
into Build-Depends.

With libkvm-dev installed, the openmpi 1.4.2-4 builds fine on kfreebsd-amd64.
