Dear Maintainer,

during a dist-upgrade, I got:

Unpacking libopenmpi1.6 (from .../libopenmpi1.6_1.6.5-5_amd64.deb) ...
dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/libopenmpi1.6_1.6.5-5_amd64.deb (--unpack):
 trying to overwrite '/usr/lib/openmpi/lib/openmpi/mca_crs_blcr.so', which is also in package openmpi-checkpoint 1.4.5-1

I think this is usually fixed by adding a Replaces: field, to ensure
packages are updated in the right order.

(restarting the dist-upgrade with -f seems to have finished the upgrade)
