Hi,

I just uploaded a NMU to DELAYED/4 that fixes this bug and also sets
M-A: foreign on openmpi-common. Full diff attached.
I'll take care of getting this unblocked for jessie. (Used a delay of 4
days only s.t. this can migrate before Dec. 5th.)

Please let me know if I should delay it longer or you'd like to handle
this differently.
