[Pkg-openmpi-maintainers] Bug#889715: libopenmpi-dev: problem in alternatives handling

Hi,

This appears to be a downgrade from experimental 3.0.1*.

The mpi alternatives for 3.0.1* are a work in progress and buggy in
experimental, which is one of the reasons I did a 2.1.1-8 release; can
you clear the mpi-* alternatives by hand and install?

(I will be adding clear-up code to 3.0.1-1 proper for this cleanup)

Best regards

Alastair

Commander Vimes didn’t like the phrase “The innocent have nothing to fear,”
believing the innocent had everything to fear, mostly from the guilty but in the longer term
even more from those who say things like “The innocent have nothing to fear.”
