[Pkg-opennebula-devel] Updated to 3.2

Hello,

I've just imported OpenNebula 3.2.0 mainstream release, refreshed the
patches (except for the jquery patch), make the package use the available
upstream manpages and pushed the commits.

My plan is to:
1) Reapply sunstone_system_jquery.diff
2) Generation of $ONEHOME/.one/oneauth file to handle bootstrap
  of initial oneadmin (for opennebula internal user system)
3) Rework the packages structure as described in
http://bugs.debian.org/611282
4) Test the packages
5) Release the package

Tomorrow I'll try to do 1 and 2 and start fiddling with number 3, but for
number 3 it would be great to have some help!

PS: I'm leaving the ozones package intentionally out since there's a lot of
work to do, and I think we could release it before creating that package,
but it's necessary to keep it in mind to properly rework the packages
structure, so that creating the ozones package in the future won't be a
problem
