It should be fixed by 3.4.1-3 I've uploaded yesterday.

I've done more test with 3.4.1-3 than with 3.2.1-2 but It would be wise
to build a testbed tool to better test all upgrade scenario (like with
your running VM and changes in directory ownership :/)
