Hi.

I think instructions in README.Debian's Sample Setup need to be updated to provide the updated ttylinux.tar.gz archive URL.

In 3.2 manual, the link is http://dev.opennebula.org/attachments/download/355/ttylinux.tar.gz now (http://www.opennebula.org/documentation:archives:rel3.2:vmg), whereas in 2.0 it was http://dev.opennebula.org/attachments/download/170/ttylinux.tar.gz.

Maybe there are other changes also, but I'm currently testing this and will report accordingly.
