Hi team,

After weeks of work and over hundred commits I'm happy to report that 
OpenNebula-4.12.3 is almost ready for upload. Now it would be a good time to 
test it -- all changes can be found in the "master" branch [1].

4.12.3 should install nicely on top of previous versions: database migration 
seems to work but I'm not going to test manual upgrade steps.

New binary packages were introduced [flow,gate] so it will go through NEW 
hence I'd like to upload it rather sooner than later.
