FYI, I've prepared a patch for xmlrpc-c which should apply the
transition to C++11 in GCC5.

Now, we'll have to add a dependency on libxmlrpc-c++8v5-dev instead of
libxmlrpc-c++8-dev as a consequence.

It appears that opennebula is the only rdepends of libxmlrpc-c++8v5 :-/
So we have to take care of it, it seems ;)

Will test locally first.
